Welcome, my name is Sharon Peled, I am the hands, the heart and soul behind “Eshet Hasukar”. (meaning super sugar woman)
 
The name “Eshet Hasukar” was given to me years ago by my first clients a very cute couple, a bride and groom that let me in to their happiest event- their wedding.
 
In a sweet boutique bakery in the center of Israel, opened for over a decade, I dream, inspire and create other peoples fantasies: delicious, luxurious fascinating decorated cakes. That is my passion, my specialty, and my livelihood. Can you believe it?
 
My professional way has actually begun in the business world. I studied for my master’s degree in business management (MBA) in Tel Aviv University. I worked for many years as a PR executive and spokeswoman for leading Israeli and non-Israeli companies.
 
I first met sugar paste, rolled fondant and cake decorating at the end of the 90s, when I was asked to create a wedding cake for a relative, as a gift.
One thing led to another, one cake led to another, one client led to another...
Slowly but surely Eshet Hasukar my sweet boutique bakery grew bigger and became an expert in creating the most extravagant, luxurious both contemporary and classic wedding Cakes and Bar-Bat Mitzvah Cakes.
 
My muse and inspiration for my cake creations come from all things that surround me: art works, the beauty of nature, plants and flowers in my garden, light, fabrics and even romantic Hollywood films…
I especially love to incorporate movement into my cakes (not a simple task considering cakes are still objects).
